How the aggregator works

The aggregator compares the coded communities and builds the population model under our supervision. It reads the community coders' sealed work, never the source record. The model then goes back to every community coder, which answers from its community's record; the participants themselves are not asked. Finally, the aggregator cuts organizational forms from the changes communities need.

The aggregator composes the account; we remain responsible for its interpretation. Checks show what was read and written; the explanation rests on evidence and argument.
