Each claim in the proposal and its technical appendix that this site can show, with a link to its evidence. A link opens the place where the evidence is visible; a link into a folded section opens the fold. Claims the site cannot show yet are listed at the end.

The record
Appendix, introduction, Table 1.
16,559,897 pixel changes by 1,166,924 users
Appendix 5.1; the proposal's abstract gives 16.6 million. Reddit's log of every pixel change, counted.
7.5 million posts and comments across 2,796 subreddits
Appendix 5.1; Proposal, abstract. The wider dataset, before the census.
777 subreddits credited with 1,236 of the 1,473 artworks
Appendix 5.1; Proposal, note 1. The Place Atlas, where the census starts.
705 communities whose members wrote about r/place while the canvas was open
Appendix 5.1; Proposal, note 1. The census and the reason for each exclusion.
Appendix 5.1, note 1. Its one artwork and the reasons.
2,130,302 posts and comments from the 705 communities
Appendix 5.1; the proposal's abstract gives 2.1 million.
90% of all pixel changes in the 705 communities' artworks
Appendix 5.1; Proposal, abstract.
Community coding
One community coder per community, reading only its own record
Proposal, the instrument; Appendix 5.2 and 5.4.
115,388 first-order codes and 7,844 second-order themes
Appendix 5.2.
Figure 1: first-order codes per hour, by aggregate dimension
Appendix 5.2, Figure 1.
Every cited quotation resolved against the source record
Proposal, the three levels of checks; Appendix 5.4. The link gives the procedure; no census-wide result is on the site. The E1 audit's check of a seeded sample of 80 communities found all 14,587 code quotations in their items, and 1,051 of 1,599 longer quotations in the case accounts verbatim.
Absent, not needed, unobserved or not testable
Appendix 5.4. The coders' instructions for the return: only an observed absence or an element not needed counts against the model.
The population model
197 third-order themes, 28 fourth-order themes and eight aggregate dimensions
Appendix 5.2. The coding structure, from members' words to the dimensions.
Table 2: the eight dimensions and related literature
Appendix 5.2, Table 2.
Figure 2: the population model across the eight dimensions
Appendix 5.2, Figure 2.
Decided order: 44 of the 705 communities while coding, about 119 at the return
Appendix 2. Where each count comes from.
The return
Over 42,000 changes proposed by the community coders
Appendix 5.3. 42,243 at the first return, by kind and by ruling.
Fit before revision: 201 communities fully, 489 in part; after: 630 and 56
Appendix 5.3.
r/PlaceNL's canal houses, erased by its own defense script (post 636e4q, comment dfrvgvk)
Proposal, the r/PlaceNL example. The quotes with their IDs and hours.
Repair restores the form the keepers know, found in 67 communities
Proposal, the r/PlaceNL example. The revision of the model's account of repair.
The model's history: 182 edits with their reasons
Appendix 5.5.
Organizational forms
Figure 3: six forms, by Ward clustering of the 558 communities with five or more selected changes
Appendix 5.3, Figure 3.
Figure 4: each form's selected changes by dimension, against the 684 communities with changes
Appendix 5.3, Figure 4.
Form C: 40.3% of selected changes on coordination without command, against 27.6%
Appendix 5.3. In the caption of Figure 4.
The instrument and its checks
Contracts v32 for the community coders and v43 for the aggregator
Appendix 5.4. Every version and what changed.
Completed checks and planned comparisons
Proposal, the three levels of checks; Appendix 5.4.
The r/place subreddit, left out of the population model
Proposal, the three levels of checks.
Checkpoint interviews: Chat Locally and Chat Online
Proposal, the repository; Appendix 5.5. Choose a stage, then Chat Locally; Chat Online is not connected yet.
Appendix 5.5. One archive and command for each of the 42. The repository holds hundreds of saved checkpoints, among them intermediate pauses and the communities' D2 and D3 returns: the checkpoint list gives 314 from the aggregator and 70 from 21 communities. The other communities' checkpoints, about 2,000, exist offline: they were saved before the repository existed, and are too many for anyone to read.
